MAIN PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
– establishing experimental infrastructure and knowledge and skills basis for microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) technology at the University of Split– dissemination of newly made research capacities amongst scientific and economics community
– technology transfer towards economy
EXPECTED RESULTS:
– optimized laboratory protocols for sputtering of thin films and thin film microstructuring by optical lithography
– successfully tested microprobes prototypes (surface acoustic wave and ultrasound microprobe for medical use)– commerce subject joint application for research/scientific project concerning microelectromechanical systems technology
– international or Croatian scientific institution joint application for research projects
