U MEMSplit laboratorij stigao je i uređaj za optičku litografiju (mask aligner) austrijske tvrtke EV Group Europe & Asia/Pacific GmbH. Budući da će uređaj biti smješten u žutoj tj čistoj sobi, sobu je trebalo pripremiti. Fotografije pripreme žute sobe i instaliranog uređaja pogledajte u galeriji.

Installation of clean room in MEMSplit laboratory

On December 14th 2015. installation and assembly of clean room started in MEMSplit lab located in the newly opened building at the campus of University of Split. It is expected that the room should be finished by December 18th 2015.
