I am a weather forecaster at Croatian Meteorological and Hydrological Service.

Being a forecaster means working odd shifts, but at the same time, it is very interesting because the only sure thing about the weather is that it won’t happen exactly like last time. My biggest challenges are to put out the best forecast I can, especially when it comes to weather extremes and severe weather, and to communicate it in a way that the public understands what that means and how to apply it to their everyday plans and lives.

I am dedicated to work, as well as a healthy life. Spending time outside – not only in nature but also in the hustle and bustle of the city – is a boost to my physical and emotional wellness.
